An ad popped up on the Nextdoor app stating lease to home opportunities. My wife and I were planning on purchasing a home in about a year or so but was intrigued about this opportunity. Since we were already rent, why not rent a home that we eventually would purchase. Although intrigued, like may I was skeptical. So I contacted Krystal and asked questions.. and more questions and more questions. She was great and answered all. Showed us the few homes we wanted to see and fell in love with one. Long story short, she made us feel really comfortable with the process, was there every step of the way, answered calls and text almost immediate each time and needles to say, we moved in to our forever home Nov. 1st and could not be happier. Highly recommend.
